Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Divide mixture evenly among tart shells, adding nuts or raisins if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Topping:

  • ½ cup sugar + 1 tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Stewed or caramelized apples (optional)
  • Butter (for brushing)
 Instructions:
  1. Make and proof the dough, roll into flat “tail” shapes.
  2. Deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Ceylon Cinnamon-sugar, and top with stewed apples.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
